Three nearby venues in the northern quarter will house three sound art works
or artists working in sound. Open to the public between 2pm and 4pm at the same
time as a group of music soloists tour the venues to contribute or react to
what they find.
Free to all, you can choose to stay in one venue and witness a succession of
interactions, or to follow a particular musician around the circuit. You may
also chop, change, partake of tea or snacks and try on second hand clothes.
Hear musicians from wide range of disciplines share their take on a curious
selection of sounds, from vaudevillian electronics, to the hidden sounds of
fish communicating to, new uses for recycled materials.
